On the sign-in screen, request a secure recovery link using the email connected to your parent account. Open the newest email on the device where you want to use Aurlore.
Create a new pairing code from the parent app, then enter it on the child device. Codes work once and expire after 15 minutes, so generate a fresh one if needed.
Confirm notifications are enabled for Aurlore in the device’s Settings app. The message can still appear inside Aurlore even when notification permission is off.
Account deletion is available in Aurlore’s account settings. If you are an invited parent, deleting your account removes your access, credentials and unpublished drafts. Pages you have already shared or scheduled remain in the children’s books, including their photos and original voice recordings. The confirmation screen explains what applies to your account before you confirm. The family creator must resolve other parents’ access before deleting the creator’s account and family data.
To request removal of a specific shared page, photo or voice recording, contact support separately. You can make that request even after deleting your account. Tell us which child’s book and approximate page date are involved, and whether you want the whole page or particular media removed. Please do not send private stories, photos, recordings, passwords or pairing codes. We will verify your request and its scope before removing content. Copies already exported outside Aurlore cannot be recalled.
