How can we help?
For account help, feedback, or a problem with Aur Lore, email us and include the Apple device you’re using and a short description of what happened. Never send a password, recovery token, pairing code, or private family story.

Connecting a child iPad
Create a new pairing code from the parent app, then enter it on the child device. Codes work once and expire after 15 minutes, so generate a fresh one if needed.
Not receiving a new-page notification
Confirm notifications are enabled for Aur Lore in the device’s Settings app. The page can still appear inside Aur Lore even when notification permission is off.
Deleting an account
Account deletion is available inside Aur Lore. Open the account or family settings and choose Delete Account. This action permanently removes the associated family data from active systems.
